The Morgenrot chalet-restaurant is a quaint place surrounded by green meadows in summer and white snow in winter.
It is a family-run place with creative and traditional Valle d'Aosta cuisine such as fondue chinoise, polenta concia, Valpellinentze soup, and a wide selection of fine Valle d'Aosta and Italian wines. The hut is easy to reach in winter on skis or snowshoes and in summer on comfortable paths, and is only a 10-minute walk from the main road of Gressoney La Trinité.
