Inside the Hotel Lysjoch, Capanna Carla offers typical Aosta Valley and Piedmontese dishes still cooked on a stove.
Amongst the specialities are soups, fondue, crêpes and polenta with cheese and butter and to finish, typical desserts. A ‘must’ to try are the game dishes. There is also a selection of wines from the Aosta Valley and Piedmont.
