*Access*
From the Verrès motorway exit, go up the Val d'Ayas (SR45) for about 17 km to Brusson. Towards the end of the village, turn right following the signs for Estoul-Palasinaz and follow the road until you reach Messuere, where the path n. 8 winds.
*Description of the route*
The itinerary goes into the wild valley of Messuere through a farm immersed in a coniferous wood (fir, larch and pine), you reach the bridge of the now abandoned village of Mandaz, you do not cross but continue on the path, Silent witness of mountain passes and shepherds, until the junction that leads downstream of a hydroelectric outlet and you return to Paris, where you cross the farm to Estoul.
